What is the basic requirement to set up my own telemedicine center?
For a working model of telemedicine, the following components need to be interfaced:
• Hardware
• Video Conferencing Equipment
• Software
• Communication channel
What would be the Hardware requirement?
Hardware for a typical telemedicine set up consists of the following:
• Computer with Web Camera and 17" Monitor
• Frame Grabber/Ethernet Card
• Terminal Adapter
• Laser Printer
• Scanner
What kind of Video Conferencing Equipment would be needed?
The video conferencing equipment should allow the specialist to view patient/ treating doctor on other side. This can be desktop-based (low cost) but the preferred variety is a full-fledged TV-based system on both sides with a high-resolution camera. This is needed because the diagnostic images need to be clearly viewed on the specialist side.

Please get in touch with our Customer Support team for the same.
Is there any additional cost to the patient for using this service?
No. The fee is inclusive of all costs.
Is there any additional cost or paperwork for the primary care provider?
No. Billing and record-keeping for the visit are handled by the hosted server.
How do I schedule an appointment?
After generating the case sheet, the option of scheduling an appointment will be given along with a list of specialties, panel doctors and timings.
